We are looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and 
attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.

Recruitment Job Purpose:

Assessing the skills, experience, and qualifications of potential job applicants and inviting suitable candidates to become part of the business.

Recruitment Job Duties:

· Receiving requests from the human resources department for new job availability
· Communicating by phone, email, and in person with job candidates to figure out things like availability and hiring timelines
· Travelling to various locations near and far to find the best possible candidate
· Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
· Study of market Competition

The candidate should have experience in the call center area in this job position.
