AVIOALB Services is an independent company performing ticketing activites 
and handling supervision on behalf of airlines operating at Tirana International Airport (TIA).

For the moment, we are looking for a HANDLING SUPERVISOR 

Type of work: Full time

Place of work: Tirana International Airport Nene Tereza

Main tasks and responsibilities of the position:

· Provide ticketing activities
· Supervising check in area and boarding procedures on behalf of airlines operating at Tirana Airport
· Supervising baggage handling
· Manage flight delays or cancellation 
· Coordinate activities between the airline and Airport Authorities
· Provide detailed daily reports to the management

Requirements of the position:

· 20-35 years old candidates 
· Bachelor degree
· Good knowledge of English & Italian
· Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office
· Ability to work under stress and respond to emergencies
· Available to work in shifts 
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills
· Previous experience in customer service 
· Driving license
