Exciting tasks for you
•Quickly and thoroughly understand the issues faced by the shareowners and help resolve them quickly to ensure smooth flow of work.
•Quick to identify problems that need resolution, skillful at gathering and analyzing information.
•End-user support and troubleshooting (e.g. reporting, transaction analysis)
•Support and maintain the existing system architecture through implementation of new system enhancements as well as identification and resolution of production issues.
•Serve as the liaison between the internal customer community and the software development team throughout the entire software development life cycle. Acts as advisor to the development team regarding configuration strategies, projects, tasks, and operations.
•Gather and analyze data in support of business cases, proposed projects and system requirements.
•Support technology projects specific to implementing and sustaining SAP solutions for our manufacturing operations. Active involvement throughout the project lifecycle is essential in this role.
•Participate in requirements prioritization, peer reviews and inspections of requirements documents. Participate in peer reviews of work products derived from requirements specifications to ensure that the requirements were interpreted correctly.
•Adaption of the new requirements with the ABAP developers
•Working in multidisciplinary teams, in Offshore as well as in Remote teams
Requirements:
•Successful university degree in business administration or computer science, respectively a professional training with a similar background
•+3 years of experience, preferably in consulting companies, in complex SAP projects first as an analyst and later in charge of the functional area Administration, Finance and Control
•Guiding the client in defining the deployment strategy aimed to maximize the opportunities of optimization and innovation of the business model.Customer facing and good interpersonal skills
•Identify opportunities to improve processes and / or the operating model and translate business requirements into technical requirements
•Develop business cases, roadmaps and migration and integration plans,
•Experience in having implemented solutions in a complex environment with a high degree of interfaces and associated complexities
•Mandatory: Very good knowledge of Italian and English
